About this Course
What You Will Learn
This 4-week Bachata Ladies Styling course is designed for intermediate follows who want to refine technique, improve control, and develop confident, intentional movement. Through a progressive structure, you’ll build styling that feels natural, musical, and easy to apply in both solo shines and partner dancing.
- Body Movement & Technique: Develop clean hip motion, chest isolations, arm styling, posture, and balance.
- Progressive Learning: Each week builds on the previous one, allowing time to refine and retain technique.
- Musicality & Flow: Learn how to match movement to musical accents, phrasing, and texture.
- Social Dance Application: Apply styling naturally without disrupting partner connection.
- Confidence & Presence: Develop control and expression that translates to a strong, confident dance presence.
- Supportive Learning Environment: Train in a focused, encouraging space designed for real progress.
Prerequisites
Prerequisites: This course is designed for intermediate-level follows. Students should be comfortable with Bachata fundamentals and able to dance continuously through an entire Bachata song.
- Completion of a Bachata Zero to Hero course or equivalent training
- Prior experience with intermediate Bachata classes is strongly recommended
- Ability to maintain timing and basic movement throughout a full Bachata song
- Familiarity with basic turns, connection, and foundational body movement

All course registrations are non-refundable. Each enrollment secures one of our limited class spots, ensuring your place in the program and preventing others from registering in your place. For this reason, once you’ve booked, we cannot issue refunds. Dancer University also reserves the right to adjust course details as needed—including instructor assignments, studio location, dates, or times—without altering the value or structure of the course. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
