About this Course

What You Will Learn

This 4-week course is designed to help followers build a strong technical foundation while discovering elegance, musicality, and freedom of movement. We’ll focus on the details that make a difference on the dance floor, from body awareness and posture to head movement technique, arm styling, connection, and musical interpretation.

  • Body Movement & Technique: Develop clean and efficient follower technique. Build body awareness and fluidity.
  • Musicality & Flow: Enhance your musicality and dance expression.
  • Confidence & Presence: Dance with greater confidence and presence.
  • Supportive Learning Environment: Train in a focused, encouraging space designed for real progress.
Although this course is primarily designed for followers, leaders are absolutely welcome! If you’d like to better understand the follower’s role, improve your connection, or simply expand your dance knowledge, this course is a great opportunity to explore the follower’s technique from a new perspective.

All course registrations are non-refundable. Each enrollment secures one of our limited class spots, ensuring your place in the program and preventing others from registering in your place. For this reason, once you’ve booked, we cannot issue refunds. Dancer University also reserves the right to adjust course details as needed—including instructor assignments, studio location, dates, or times—without altering the value or structure of the course. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
